At Glassify, every piece is crafted with care and packaged to arrive safely at your door. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our glassware.
30‑Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Returned in the original packaging, including protective inserts

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because our products are made from glass, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom‑engraved or personalised glassware

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper care after delivery
(Glassify does not sell perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials, so these categories do not apply.)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@glassify.co.za. All returns must be pre‑approved. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging glassware, but breakages can happen.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

Contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

7‑Day Cooling‑Off Period (Online Purchases)
Under South African e‑commerce law, customers may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it and receive a full refund, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition.
