Glassify is a consumer brand specialising in eco‑driven glassware. The legal entity responsible for all transactions is:

RAM also operates Reflect Financial Services, under License no. 44478 and Reflect Solar as well as provides procurement support to Reflect Brokers (Pty) Ltd (RB). RB is a separate entity within the group, focussed on sail and powerboat sales & renovations as well as private charters. RB does not form part of Glassify’s operations.
All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Reflect Asset Management (Pty) Ltd trading as Glassify.

Payment must be made at checkout using approved payment methods. Orders are processed once payment is successfully received.

Shipping is fulfilled through Bob Go, our trusted logistics partner. Delivery times, courier fees, and free‑shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Customers may return eligible items within the specified timeframes, subject to the conditions outlined in the policy.
